Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains when refunds, reprints, and returns apply. Because most of our products are custom-made to your specifications, please read this carefully before ordering.

Custom items are made to order

Items you personalise — with your own text, images, names, or numbers — are produced specifically for you. For this reason they cannot be returned or refunded simply because you changed your mind. They are only eligible for a refund or reprint if the item is faulty or differs materially from what you ordered.

1. Custom and personalised items

Custom items can be refunded or reprinted only where:

  • the item arrives with a manufacturing or printing fault;
  • the item differs materially from the design you approved at checkout (for example, the wrong design, wrong colour, or wrong size compared to what you ordered);
  • you received the wrong item.

They cannot be refunded for reasons within your control, such as a spelling mistake you typed, a name or number you entered incorrectly, a design you placed outside the print area, or simply changing your mind. Please review your design carefully before paying — the design preview shows exactly what will be printed.

2. Ready-to-wear items

Non-customised, ready-to-wear items may be returned within 7 days of collection, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility unless the item was faulty.

3. How to request a refund or reprint

To make a claim, contact us promptly with:

  • your order reference (for example, ORD-2026-000123);
  • a clear description of the problem;
  • photos showing the fault or the difference from your order.

Please reach out within 48 hours of collecting your order so we can resolve the issue quickly. You can contact us through our contact page.

4. What happens next

We'll review your claim and the photos you send. If it's approved, we will, at our discretion, either:

  • reprint the item correctly at no extra cost, or
  • refund you for the affected item.

For orders with several items, a fault on one item does not automatically entitle you to a refund on the rest of the order.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through our payment partner, Paystack. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within a few business days, though the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or mobile money provider.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel an order only before it enters production. Once production has started on a custom item, it cannot be cancelled because work and materials have already gone into making it. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we'll help if the order hasn't yet started.

7. Orders not collected

Orders are made and sent to your chosen pickup station. Please collect your order within a reasonable time after we notify you it's ready. Failing to collect an order is not a reason for a refund.
