Welcome to Rilprint. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rilprint website, design studio, and services (together, the "Service"), operated from Ghana. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account and place orders. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
To place an order you need an account with a verified email address and a completed profile. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information or that are used in breach of these Terms.
Our design studio lets you add text, images, and artwork to products ("Your Content"). You keep ownership of Your Content, but by submitting it you confirm that:
You grant Rilprint a limited licence to reproduce and print Your Content solely to fulfil your order. We may refuse or cancel any order containing content we reasonably believe infringes someone's rights or breaches these Terms. You are solely responsible for Your Content, and you agree to cover any claim brought against us arising from it.
All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include the cost of the product and the selected decoration. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Prices added to your cart are held for 7 days; after that, your cart updates to current pricing.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order once payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if the order breaches these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Paystack. We accept mobile money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money) and cards. Rilprint does not store your full card details. Some orders may be paid on collection where that option is offered.
Most orders are made to order. Once payment is confirmed, your order moves into production and then to your chosen pickup station. Estimated timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by demand, stock, or factors outside our control.
When your order is ready, you will receive your pickup code by email and SMS. You must present this code at the station to collect your order. For your security, we hand orders only to someone with the correct pickup code. Please collect your order within a reasonable time of being notified.
Because custom and personalised items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded except where the item is faulty or differs materially from what you ordered. If something is wrong with your order, contact us promptly with your order reference and photos, and we will make it right — by reprinting or refunding, at our discretion.
Ready-to-wear (non-customised) items may be eligible for return in line with our Refund Policy. Refunds, where due, are made to your original payment method.
See our Refund Policy for full details.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Rilprint name, logo, website, and design studio are owned by Rilprint and protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the Service normally.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rilprint is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Where we are found liable, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ghanaian law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
